Job summary

Sompo International Holdings Ltd. in the UK seeks a senior pricing governance professional to partner with the Head of Pricing, UK, and the UK Actuarial function. You will define, drive and influence governance for UK Pricing, design stronger controls, and ensure regulatory alignment across pricing activities.

You will lead technical performance, pricing metrics, and stakeholder engagement, supporting pricing leadership and developing the team’s capabilities within the governance framework.

Qualifications

• BSc in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Actuarial Science, or similar.
• Qualified Actuary (FIA or equivalent) or Part Qualified with demonstrated capability.
• Good pricing experience in general insurance.
• Ability to work with governance and regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement.
