Certain Advantage is hiring for a Press Brake Operator based in the Widnes area. This role is on a temp-to-perm basis and is site-based.

The Role

This role is for a Press Brake Operator—someone ambitious and ready to make an impact. You'll be results‑orientated and driven to succeed. You'll be working in a small, experienced, and collaborative team, and be responsible for:

  • Operate specialist machinery (e.g. press brake, CNC punch/plasma) in line with training and competency
  • Handle materials as required, including the operation of a forklift when trained and authorised
  • Ensure usage of materials is within the scope and limits of each relevant machine
  • Working under minimum supervision
  • Working to deadlines
The Individual

We're looking for people who can show:

  • Background in the operation of relevant CNC machines
  • Forklift truck licence
  • Metal fabrication or similar sectors
  • Basic knowledge of machine code
  • CAD/CAM workflows
