Qualifications

  • Proven experience in residential property management, ideally working with high-end portfolios.

  • Knowledge of compliance regulations and maintenance processes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage your own portfolio of premium residential properties throughout the tenancy lifecycle.
  • Complete pre-tenancy checks and ensure properties are prepared to the highest standard.
  • Conduct routine property inspections and follow up on required actions.
  • Coordinate routine and reactive maintenance, liaising with trusted contractors.
  • Maintain detailed and compliant CRM records, including landlord preferences and safety certification.
  • Lead on all end-of-tenancy activities including check-out reports, deposit negotiations, and TDS submissions.
