A healthcare provider in Bournemouth seeks an Operational Lead for the Preceptorship Program to support the education and training of Midwives. The role involves coordinating clinical skills training and delivering high-quality education. Candidates should demonstrate excellent leadership in clinical education and patient care. The position offers the opportunity to influence and improve practices in maternity services.
To support the operational management of the Maternity Practice Development Team in conjunction with the Practice Development Lead Midwife. To act as Operational lead for the Preceptorship Program, including the Internationally Educate Midwives induction and OSCE Training Programmes and Clinical Skills training. To coordinate the planning, delivery, updating and evaluation of high-quality evidence-based clinical education and clinical skills training across the maternity department. To role model UHD Trust Values and strategic objectives in relation to education and training.
