The Opportunity

We're looking for a Solution Manager to be the bridge between client needs and technical delivery, ensuring our CCaaS solution is designed, costed, and defended to win. You'll join a tight‑knit pre‑sales and consulting squad, partnering with Bid Managers, Business Analysts, Project Managers, and Sales to craft compelling, technically sound responses that translate complex requirements into scalable, install‑ready solutions. This is a rare chance to shape the future of Worldline Contact and the payments industry.

Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
  • Qualify client requirements and map them to Worldline Contact capabilities within the RFP framework, ensuring business relevance.
  • Design tailored CCaaS solutions by coordinating internal and external components, cloud providers, and security considerations.
  • Build accurate cost estimates, craft project plans, and obtain Validation from the Integrated Project Manager post‑win.
  • Lead or participate in oral tender defenses, presenting solutions clearly and addressing client business needs.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Product Management to monitor competition and capture market learnings.
  • Transition seamlessly to Integration Project teams, ensuring a smooth handover and clear execution path.

  • Engineering or technical background with 5+ years in IT, solution design or presales.
  • Strong aptitude for translating business needs into technical solutions and cost models.
  • Proven collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a VUCA environment and manage changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a customer‑first mindset.
  • Leadership experience demonstrated through past projects or initiatives.
