Are you the right person for the job?

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Pre-Litigation Fee Earner or in a similar role
  • Claimant experience is essential
  • Experience handling RTA files and knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules
  • Working understanding of the MOJ Portal process
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong IT skills, including MS Word, MS Outlook, and case management systems
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail

What will your role look like?

  • Handle RTA pre-litigation cases from start to finish
  • Work with Credit Hire/Accident Management companies
  • Manage files in line with client protocols and relevant procedures
  • Apply knowledge of the claims process, Civil Procedure Rules, and MOJ Portal process
  • Deliver a high level of client care and communication
  • Use case management systems (ideally Proclaim) and Microsoft Office applications
  • Act as a point of contact for clients throughout the claims process
  • Maintain high accuracy, time management, and workload organisation
