2. Your New Role
As a Preconstruction Quantity Surveyor, you'll play a key role in the early stages of project development. You'll be responsible for cost planning, feasibility analysis, procurement strategy, and supporting bid submissions. Working closely with design, planning, and commercial teams, you'll help shape the financial success of major developments from concept to site start.


3. What You Need to Succeed

  • Strong experience in preconstruction or early-stage QS roles. Our client is open to candidates currently working as a QS or Senior QS seeking to focus more on the precon stage.
  • Excellent cost planning and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of procurement routes and development economics
  • Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related field
  • Confident communicator with a proactive mindset
