Responsibilities

• Follow site plans to ensure accurate completion.
• Build excellent client relationships.
• Use PDA system for detailed reporting.

Level of Experience: Trainee Pre-Commissioning Engineer through to Lead Pre-Commissioning Engineer

Profile: Our client, who are specialists within the Water Treatment / Pre-Commissioning industry, are now keen to recruit a hardworking and diligent Pre-Commissioning Engineer to work on Commercial, Leisure, Healthcare, Educational and Residential sites across the Midlands region. Candidate will be undertaking a range of pre‑commissioning duties, to BSRIA standard, including chemical cleans on new and existing systems, flushing on primary and secondary systems and checking flow rates.

Preferred Areas of Application: Dudley, Walsall, Wolverhampton, Stourbridge, Kidderminster, Bromsgrove, Redditch, Droitwich Spa, Worcester, Solihull, Tamworth, Cannock, Stafford, Telford, Coalville, Leicester, Hinkley, Nuneaton, Rugby, Daventry.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Practical knowledge and experience within the Water Treatment / Pre‑commissioning industry.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of BSRIA guidelines.
• Good working knowledge of schematic drawings and site plans.
• Ability to communicate efficiently both in written and verbal form.

The Role:

• Working on Commercial, Educational, Leisure, Educational and Healthcare sites, carrying out pre‑commissioning cleans on LTHW and CHW systems.
• Sampling of water systems, testing water quality and checking flow rates and velocities.
• Flushing of primary and secondary systems and fan coil units.
• Following site plans and drawings, ensuring all work is completed.
• Carrying all works out in line with BSRIA guidelines and continuing to build excellent relationships with clients.
• Using PDA system to produce detailed reports and ensuring all onsite logbooks are kept up to date.
