A local medical practice in Norwich seeks a qualified nurse for a part-time position covering a 12-month maternity contract. The role includes delivering various nursing services such as chronic disease monitoring, assisting with minor surgeries, and patient care. Candidates must hold current NMC registration and be a Registered General Nurse. This role offers the opportunity to work within a friendly and supporting practice environment.
Brundall Medical Partnership is looking for a qualified nurse to cover a 12 month maternity contract, offered on a part-time basis for 27 hours per week. You will be a key team member, contributing towards high quality patient care and are have a diabetes qualification to carry out ongoing diabetic reviews.
The nurse is responsible for delivering a wide range of nursing services to the practice population. You will work autonomously within your own areas of competence and collaboratively with the general practice team in the care of practice patients.
You may be required to carry out other duties or tasks as delegated by management or the partners. You will need to have flexibility to covering sickness absence.
Brundall Medical Partnership, located in Brundall, are a rural friendly practice, we have approximately 8400 patients and dispense to nearly half of our patient list. Our team consists of two Partners, one GP and one ANP. We have three salaried GP's, a Paramedic Practitioner and Physician Assistant. We have two Practice Nurses, three HCA's. We also have ARRS staff which include a First Contact Physiotherapist, Social Prescriber, Mental Health Nurse and a Wellbeing team. We're fortunate to have outstanding dispensary, reception, and administration teams. We are a friendly well respected practice.
