We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Practice Nurse to join our friendly, forward-thinking team at The Paddock Surgery, part of the Dewsbury & Thornhill Primary Care Network (PCN).
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-quality, patient-centred care within a supportive and innovative environment. You’ll work as part of a multidisciplinary team alongside GPs, healthcare assistants, pharmacists, and other allied health professionals to provide a wide range of nursing services to our diverse patient population.
Your role will involve delivering chronic disease management, immunisations and vaccinations, cervical screening, wound care, and health promotion, while supporting patients to better manage their own health.
