A rare opportunity to join a long established, small animal practice. Following the retirement of our Group Practice Manager, Tim, after eight successful years, we are delighted to offer a dedicated and people focused individual to join Crossways Veterinary Group as our new Practice Manager. This is a pivotal role within a supportive, close knit team and a practice with over 40 years of history in the local community.
This is a largely site based, people facing role covering all three branches, with your main base at Storrington where our operations and surgical facilities are located. The remaining two sites are consulting only branches. You will have line management responsibility for approximately 28 team members, making leadership, communication, and relationship building central to your success.
