mydentist Newark is seeking a Practice Manager to lead the local team and drive performance at the Newark Practice. You will be responsible for delivering excellent patient care while meeting financial targets and managing budgets.

You will oversee a team of dental nurses and receptionists, collaborate with self-employed clinicians, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. The role sits in a supportive, award-winning dental network that values staff wellbeing and service.

Responsibilities

• Driving practice performance with set objectives: outstanding patient care, financial targets, and budgets.
• Leading a team of practice support staff, including dental nurses and receptionists; engaging with self-employed clinicians.
• Managing compliance and meeting regulator requirements.
• Interpreting financial data including profit and loss to support commercial decisions.

• Driving your practice’s performance with set objectives, including providing outstanding patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets

• Leading a team of practice support employees, including dental nurses and receptionists, and engaging with self-employed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationship

• Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators

• Interpreting financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions
