MyDentist in Taunton is seeking a Practice Manager to drive performance across a busy 10-surgery dental network, delivering outstanding patient care while meeting financial targets and managing budgets.
You will lead a team of dental nurses and receptionists, manage compliance with regulators, interpret financial data, and grow private revenue alongside NHS offering. On-site parking and a supportive, inclusive culture are provided.
Youll be joining us at our busy dental practice on the corner of East Quay and Symons Way in Bridgwater.
Full-time and permanent role - Predominantly Monday - Friday.

The Practice offers a mix of NHS and Private treatments, including Invisalign, Implants, Teeth Whitening and Hygiene

As a Practice Manager, youll be:
Driving your practices performance with set objectives, including providing outstanding patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets
Leading a team of practice support employees, including dental nurses and receptionists, and engaging with self-employed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationship
Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators
Interpreting financial data, including profit and loss accounts, to make commercial decisions
