Job summary

mydentist Hayle is seeking a part-time Practice Manager to join our team, with 24–32 hours per week and a mix of private work with a small NHS contract. The Hayle practice has 3 surgeries and parking on site.

You’ll lead a team of practice staff, manage budgets and performance against targets, ensure compliance, and support patient care. We offer a supportive, inclusive environment with annual bonus potential, generous holidays, and staff discounts.

• Driving practice performance with set objectives including providing outstanding patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets
• Leading a team of practice support staff including dental nurses and receptionists, and managing relationships with self-employed clinicians
• Ensuring compliance and meeting regulatory requirements
• Interpreting financial data including profit and loss to inform commercial decisions

As a Practice Manager, you’ll be:

• Driving your practice’s performance with set objectives, including providing outstanding patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets

• Leading a team of practice support employees, including dental nurses and receptionists, and engaging with self-employed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationship

• Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators

• Interpreting financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions
