mydentist Hayle is seeking a part-time Practice Manager to join our team, with 24–32 hours per week and a mix of private work with a small NHS contract. The Hayle practice has 3 surgeries and parking on site.
You’ll lead a team of practice staff, manage budgets and performance against targets, ensure compliance, and support patient care. We offer a supportive, inclusive environment with annual bonus potential, generous holidays, and staff discounts.
You’ll be joining us at our Hayle practice on a part time basis - maximum of 32 hours per week minimum of 24 hours per week.

Salary from £32,000 (FTE)

As a Practice Manager, you’ll be:
Driving your practice’s performance with set objectives, including providing outstanding patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets
Leading a team of practice support employees, including dental nurses and receptionists, and engaging with self-employed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationship
Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators
Interpreting financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions
