mydentist Bristol Private Practice is seeking a proactive Practice Manager to drive performance, lead a busy team of dental nurses and receptionists, and manage budgets while ensuring outstanding patient care. You’ll be joining us at our specialist Private only Practice in Bristol where we offer a wide range of advanced service for both Mydentist patients and referrals from a wide radius of dental providers.

As a Practice Manager, you’ll be:
Driving your practice’s performance with set objectives, including providing outstanding patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets
Leading a team of practice support employees, including dental nurses and receptionists, and engaging with self-employed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationship
Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators
Interpreting financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions
You will enjoy being part of a team that’s passionate about caring for patients and helping the nation smile.
A background in healthcare is required for this role

A good understanding of referral systems and processes
