mydentist Bristol Private Practice is seeking a proactive Practice Manager to drive performance, lead a busy team of dental nurses and receptionists, and manage budgets while ensuring outstanding patient care. You’ll interpret financial data, oversee compliance with regulators, and develop referral relationships across the network.

Qualifications

• A background in healthcare is required for this role.
• Extensive management experience is required.
• Strong people management skills are required.
• A good understanding of referral systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Driving your practice’s performance with set objectives, including providing outstanding patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets.
• Leading a team of practice support employees, including dental nurses and receptionists, and engaging with self-employed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationship.
• Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators.
• Interpreting financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions.
