Job summary

Mydentist is seeking a Practice Manager for our Herne Bay Practice on a full-time, permanent basis. The role involves driving performance, managing a mixed NHS/Private practice, and leading a team of support staff.

You will interpret financial data to make commercial decisions while ensuring regulatory compliance. The role offers a supportive, long-standing team environment with opportunities to develop professionally.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading a team of healthcare staff and managing budgets.
• Ability to interpret financial data including profit and loss to inform commercial decisions.
• Demonstrated people management experience with development and support of staff.

Responsibilities

• Drive practice performance with set objectives, including financial targets and patient care quality.
• Lead a team of practice support staff (nurses, receptionists) and manage relationships with self-employed clinicians.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to industry standards.
• Interpret financial data (P&L) to guide commercial decisions for the practice.
