Job summary

mydentist in Herne Bay is seeking a Practice Manager to join our full-time, permanent team. You’ll drive performance, deliver outstanding patient care, manage budgets and lead the practice staff including nurses and receptionists.

Responsibilities

• Driving your practice’s performance with set objectives, including providing outstanding patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets.
• Leading a team of practice support employees, including dental nurses and receptionists, and engaging with self-employed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationship.
• Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators.
• Interpreting financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions.

• Salary up to £40,000p.a depending on experience
