Job summary

mydentist in Tonbridge is seeking a Practice Manager to lead our central Tonbridge TN9 1BX practice on a full-time basis. You’ll drive performance, oversee budgets, and ensure outstanding patient care while working with dental clinicians and a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Drive practice performance with set objectives, including delivering outstanding patient care, meeting financial targets and managing budgets
• Lead a team of practice support staff (dental nurses and receptionists) and engage with self-employed clinicians while managing contractual relationships
• Ensure compliance with regulators and maintain governance across the practice
• Interpret financial data (profit and loss) to support commercial decisions and optimize performance
