Job summary

Your future as a Practice Manager at mydentist sits at the heart of our regional network in Hampshire. You’ll drive performance, hit financial targets and manage budgets while ensuring outstanding patient care across practices in Southsea, Havant, Alsford, Bedhampton and Fareham.

Lead a team of practice support staff and engage with self-employed clinicians, overseeing regulatory compliance and interpreting financial data to guide commercial decisions.

Qualifications

• Strong people managers from any sector.
• Good commercial understanding with the ability to spot potential opportunities.
• Experience managing budgets and hitting KPI's and Targets.

Responsibilities

• Drive practice performance with set objectives, including patient care and financial targets.
• Lead a team of practice support staff and engage with self-employed clinicians.
