Job summary

mydentist Dundee is seeking a Practice Manager to lead a busy 5-surgery practice. You’ll drive performance, deliver outstanding patient care, and manage budgets with the full backing of the network.

You’ll supervise a team of practice staff, including nurses and receptionists, ensure compliance with regulators, and interpret financial data to make commercial decisions. Join a caring, inclusive team shaping the nation’s smile.

Responsibilities

• Driving practice performance with set objectives, including outstanding patient care and budget management
• Leading a team of practice support staff (nurses and receptionists) and managing relationships with self-employed clinicians

As a Practice Manager, you'll be:

• Driving your practice's performance with set objectives, including providing outstanding patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets
• Leading a team of practice support employees, including dental nurses and receptionists, and engaging with self-employed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationship
• Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators
• Interpreting financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions
