Job summary

mydentist is recruiting a Designate Practice Manager to cover an area of Hampshire including Southsea, Havant, Alsford, Bedhampton and Fareham. You will drive performance, deliver outstanding patient care and manage budgets across multiple surgeries.

Qualifications

• Strong people managers from any sector including retail or Hospitality.
• Good commercial understanding with the ability to spot potential opportunities.
• Ability to develop a team.
• Previous experience managing budgets and hitting KPI’s and Targets.

Responsibilities

• Driving your practice’s performance with set objectives, including providing outstanding patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets.
• Leading a team of practice support employees, including dental nurses and receptionists, and engaging with self-employed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationship.
• Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators.
• Interpreting financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions.
