The successful candidate will have substantial practice management experience, strong leadership skills, and a professional qualification like ACCA or ACA, contributing to the firm’s ambitious growth plans.
One of the UK's fastest-growing accountancy practices with a growing presence across Lancashire is now looking to expand their Senior Management Team with the recruitment of a Practice Manager with demonstrable accountancy and payroll practice experience. This role reports to the Group Operations Director.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Senior Accountants and will be accountable for all operational aspects of this team, including:
The candidate will play a key role in designing and implementing short- and long-term strategies and will lead process improvements. Additionally, you will be involved in developing and coaching employees to help them reach their potential.
Applicants should have substantial practice management experience from an accountancy practice, along with strong leadership and interpersonal skills to operate effectively at all levels within the group. A professional qualification such as ACCA or ACA is highly desirable, as is familiarity with accounts production, practice management, and payroll software packages.
