Position Overview
We are seeking a high-impact Practice Group Leader (PGL) in our Risk & Compliance Practice Group within the Legal vertical in EMEA. This strategic, client-facing role is designed for an experienced professional with a deep understanding of legal risk and compliance challenges and workflows, particularly around business acceptance, conflicts, anti-money laundering (AML), and regulatory obligations.
The PGL will serve as a trusted subject matter expert in the sales organization, helping to drive business development, shape go-to-market strategy, and influence product innovation. A core responsibility of this role will be supporting pipeline growth by identifying market opportunities, and ACV growth by collaborating with sales leaders on opportunities.
Serve as a subject matter expert and thought leader on legal compliance, including AML, business intake, conflicts, and regulatory risk.
Stay current on market trends and regulatory developments to inform strategy and advise clients.
Partner with sales professionals to identify and develop new business opportunities within the legal compliance space.
Proactively support sales teams by identifying high-potential accounts, shaping outreach strategy, and participating in early-stage engagement.
Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns and plays that drive top-of-funnel activity and engagement with key buyer personas.
Monitor pipeline health and drive accountability around funnel-building activities.
Support strategic sales opportunities by participating in executive meetings, client presentations, and proposal development.
Build relationships with client stakeholders to uncover needs and position Intapp solutions as long-term strategic investments.
Develop and share value propositions, business cases, and competitive differentiation strategies.
Represent Intapp at conferences, client roundtables, webinars, and in industry publications.
Serve as a spokesperson and strategic voice for the Compliance Practice Group in key internal and external forums.
Prior experience in a legal risk/compliance role, professional services technology provider, or SaaS environment.
