Our rugby programme is nationally recognised, and we’re proud to support learners through high-quality coaching, performance development, and industry engagement. You’ll deliver practical rugby coaching and strength & conditioning sessions, support learners on the Rugby DiSE programme, and contribute to their personal and professional growth. This role includes early morning coaching, attending fixtures (including some weekends), and working closely with the Sport team to create an inspirational learning experience.
