Job description

The PR, Influencer & Events Lead will be responsible for developing and executing influencer partnerships, community engagement initiatives and brand events. Working closely with the marketing and creative teams, the successful applicant will deliver campaigns that inspire our audience and strengthen our position as a leading fashion destination.

Mission
  • Build and manage relationships with influencers, creators and brand ambassadors to deliver engaging and authentic campaigns
  • Oversee influencer outreach, negotiation, contracts and campaign reporting to ensure measurable impact and strong ROI
  • Develop a calendar of influencer collaborations, product seeding and social content activations that reflect brand values and seasonal priorities
  • Plan and deliver community events including product launches, pop ups and experiential activations that drive brand awareness and customer loyalty
  • Manage event logistics including venue sourcing, supplier management, guest lists, budgets and on site execution
  • Work with PR and social media teams to maximise event exposure across owned and earned channels
  • Monitor influencer and event performance, producing regular reports and insights to inform strategy and continuous improvement
  • Stay ahead of trends in influencer marketing, social platforms and event innovation within the fashion industry
Key Performance Indicators
  • Growth of influencer and creator network measured by the number and quality of new relationships established each quarter
  • Engagement rates, reach and impressions generated from influencer campaigns against agreed benchmarks
  • ROI on influencer collaborations based on conversion, sales uplift and cost efficiency
  • Number of successful brand events delivered on time and within budget each year
  • Event attendance levels and post-event engagement across social and press coverage
  • Increase in community growth and retention through influencer-led and event-based initiatives
  • Monthly reporting accuracy and ability to provide actionable insights from campaign and event data
