We are seeking an experienced and proactive Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) Scheduling lead to oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of scheduled maintenance across a diverse national portfolio. From complex facilities to high-volume service contracts, you’ll play a critical role in performance, compliance, and efficiency — managing engineers, subcontractors, and systems to ensure maintenance lands where and when it matters.
This role supports a broad range of commercial clients, spanning large-scale facilities and high-volume service contracts across multiple sectors.
You will be responsible for overseeing the planning, scheduling, and execution of all PPM activities, ensuring full compliance with statutory regulations and service level agreements. Operating through CAFM and client systems, you will manage engineer and subcontractor deployment, monitor KPI performance, and drive service efficiency across all sites. This is a key role in maintaining operational excellence, compliance, and cost-effective maintenance delivery.
As PPM Scheduling lead, you’ll take ownership of :
