Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a PPM Scheduler to join the Helpdesk and Technical Services team in Jealott’s Hill, Bracknell.

You will be responsible for planning, coordinating and scheduling Planned Preventative Maintenance activities delivered by internal engineering teams and specialist suppliers. The role focuses on maintaining an effective maintenance schedule, coordinating site access, monitoring compliance and ensuring PPM activities and work orders are completed and closed on time.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating planned maintenance in facilities management.
• Strong planning, scheduling and prioritisation abilities.
• Familiarity with CAFM/CMMS systems and maintaining maintenance records.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the day-to-day PPM schedule for engineering teams and suppliers.
• Plan and allocate maintenance activities considering resources and site access.
• Coordinate planned maintenance with stakeholders and building representatives.
• Monitor upcoming workloads and identify scheduling or access risks.
• Reschedule cancelled or deferred maintenance promptly.
• Ensure completed work orders are closed within the CAFM/CMMS system.
• Review maintenance records and raise follow-on work for repairs.
• Provide clear updates on workloads, overdue tasks and compliance risks.
• Support continuous improvement of PPM delivery and data processes.
