Job summary

RG Setsquare is seeking a PPM Planner to support scheduling and coordination of planned maintenance across a busy facilities management contract in the West Midlands.

The role is temp ongoing with a chance to go permanent, working Monday to Friday 9am–5pm, paying £13.45 per hour. You will develop schedules, liaise with engineers and stakeholders, and help ensure safe, timely maintenance delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain PPM schedules and maintenance plans.
• Coordinate engineers, materials, permits and site access requirements.
• Monitor compliance, overdue works and maintenance backlogs.
• Liaise with operational teams, customers and stakeholders.
• Ensure accurate record keeping and completion of maintenance documentation.
• Support planning reviews and drive continuous improvements in planning performance.
