Job summary

RG Setsquare is seeking a PPM Planner to support scheduling and coordination of planned maintenance across a busy facilities management contract. This temporary role runs Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with pay £13.45 per hour and potential to progress to permanent employment.

You will develop and maintain PPM schedules, coordinate engineers and materials, monitor compliance and backlogs, liaise with operations teams and customers, and ensure accurate maintenance documentation and records.

• Support planning reviews and drive continuous improvements in planning performance.
