Aspire Defence Services Limited is hiring a PPM Co-ordinator in Aldershot. You will coordinate all planned preventative maintenance, manage subcontractor usage, and support planning and scheduling while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

You will work with maintenance teams and suppliers to keep notes up to date, provide performance reporting, and contribute to continuous improvement across the maintenance function.

Formación

• Building Services M&E trade apprenticeship with HVAC, Fire Alarm Systems and Building Management Systems experience.
• IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent.
• Valid UK driving licence.
• Experience coordinating maintenance or scheduling; familiarity with maintenance management software and statutory compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate all planned preventative maintenance tasks within the designated area, ensuring accurate recording and documentation.
• Support PPM planning, scheduling and operational queries; maintain strong communication with maintenance teams, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Manage selection, utilisation and deployment of subcontractors in line with procurement, financial and safety requirements.
• Monitor progress, compliance and delivery of maintenance activities; escalate risks as required.
• Track scheduled maintenance to minimise disruption and achieve service levels and KPIs.
• Administer contractor RAMS and Authority to Proceed processes; ensure proper authorisation.
