Job Title : PPC Manager

Location : Leeds (Hybrid – 2–3 days in office)

Type : Full-time

Salary : £35,000–£45,000 DOE

Reports to : Head of Digital / Performance Marketing Manager

About the Role

We’re looking for a PPC Manager to take ownership of paid search and paid media performance across multiple campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who is hands‑on, data‑driven, and passionate about driving measurable results through PPC.

You’ll manage campaigns end to end — from strategy and setup to optimisation and reporting — and play a key role in growing acquisition and ROI.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, build, and optimise PPC campaigns across :
  • Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube)
  • Microsoft Ads (Bing)
  • Paid Social channels where relevant (Meta, LinkedIn)
  • Conduct keyword research, write compelling ad copy, and manage bidding strategies
  • Monitor and optimise performance daily to improve CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates
  • Manage budgets and pacing to ensure efficient spend
  • Implement and manage conversion tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and platform pixels
  • Run A / B tests across ads, keywords, audiences, and landing pages
  • Produce regular performance reports with clear insights and recommendations
  • Collaborate with SEO, content, and wider marketing teams to align campaigns
  • Stay up to date with PPC best practices, platform updates, and industry trends
Required Skills & Experience
  • 2–5+ years of hands‑on PPC experience
  • Strong experience with Google Ads (essential)
  • Experience with Microsoft Ads and / or Paid Social platforms
  • Proven track record of improving campaign performance and ROI
  • Confident analysing data and making optimisation decisions
  • Experience using GA4 and Google Tag Manager
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment

  • E‑commerce or lead generation experience
  • Paid Social experience (Meta or LinkedIn)
  • Experience managing larger monthly budgets (£10k+)
