Are you a passionate and adaptable teacher looking for a new challenge as a PPA Teacher

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic PPA Teacher to join a supportive, five-form entry Primary School in Greenwich. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across all year groups, from Nursery to Year 6, providing vital PPA (Planning, Preparation and Assessment) cover. The role is full-time, starting ASAP and running until July 2025, offering a rewarding and varied teaching experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality lessons across all year groups (Nursery to Year 6) to cover PPA time for the teaching staff.
  • Collaborate with class teachers and senior leaders to ensure effective learning outcomes during PPA cover.
  • Support the ongoing development and assessment of student's progress in line with school policies.
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status and experience in teaching across primary school year groups.
  • A strong understanding of the Primary National Curriculum, including the Early Years Foundation Stage.
  • Excellent classroom management skills and a creative approach to lesson delivery.
  • Ability to adapt and work flexibly, covering various subjects and year groups as part of the PPA provision.
  • Passionate about inclusive education and committed to supporting the diverse of all pupils.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to build positive relationships with students and staff.
  • Recent teaching experience within a primary school setting is essential.
