We are currently one of the lead advisors on the financial and economic aspects of business rates valuations, particularly focusing on assets valued using the receipts and expenditure ("R&E") method. Our business is continuously expanding, and we are looking for an ambitious rating surveyor to support expansion of our business rates capabilities into a wider range of industries where other methods of valuation are applied.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our market-leading regulatory finance team as an Associate Director with a focus on business rates. We are looking for an ambitious individual who would be excited to take a lead role in building our business rates practice.
While you will be expected to contribute towards our well-established utilities regulatory consulting practice, this role will primarily be responsible for growing the business rates practice in other sectors, working alongside KPMG's well-established Tax practice.
