Job summary

A leading engineering company seeks a skilled Application Engineer - Protection to support customers in applying innovative solutions to power systems. You will design demonstrations, troubleshoot products, and enhance customer understanding of protective relays. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, 7+ years of experience in power system protection, and strong communication skills. Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience with power system protection and relays.
  • Knowledge of utility and/or industrial power systems with an emphasis on protection and control.
  • Familiar with National Grid Type registration and BP141 Design Assurance Engineer authorization.

Responsibilities

  • Support customers' technical challenges in power systems.
  • Apply new technologies or solutions to customer systems.
  • Design models and demonstrations of technologies.

Education
