A strategic IT consulting provider is seeking a Power Generation Engineer to support its client's non-nuclear generation fleet. This hybrid role focuses on analyzing, designing, and maintaining electrical systems. Candidates should have at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, and varying years of experience depending on the role level. The role involves performing complex electrical studies and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Position Title: Power Generation - Engineer, Senior Engineer, or Staff Engineer (Hybrid)
Location: Richmond, VA (or other Dominion Energy Power Generation facility location as applicable)
Clearance Requirements: Secret
Position Status: Full Time, Contract, or Contract to Hire (depending on client need)
Pay Rate: DOE (Depending on Experience)
Position Description: Seneca Resources is seeking a qualified Power Generation Engineer to support Dominion Energy's non-nuclear generation fleet. This hybrid role (3 days onsite / 2 days remote) focuses on the analysis, design, and maintenance of electrical systems, including both synchronous and inverter-based systems. Candidates will work in close coordination with capital project teams and plant operations, contributing to a reliable and clean energy future.
