Powder Coating Supervisor
Location: Ashford
Salary: Circa £35,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Powder Coating Supervisor to take ownership of and lead the powder coating department. This role is suited to someone who can bring clear direction, strong organisation, and effective leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the powder coating department on a day-to-day basis
  • Supervise and support a team of 3-4 operatives
  • Introduce stronger structure, organisation, and working practices
  • Drive continuous improvement in quality, efficiency, and output
  • Support the development of the team, including future recruitment where required
  • Ensure health & safety and quality standards are consistently met
The Ideal Candidate
  • Previous experience in powder coating, ideally in a supervisory or senior role
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Organised, hands‑on, and confident in improving processes
  • Able to take responsibility and develop a department
