This role involves managing contractors and ensuring compliance while building strong relationships with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have experience in project delivery within housing or construction, strong communication skills, and confidence in budget management. This is a permanent, full-time role based in either Tewkesbury or Wolverhampton, requiring regular site travel.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing contractors and project delivery.
• Confident in monitoring performance and resolving issues rapidly.
• Skilled in managing budgets, cashflows, and risk assessment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee successful delivery of development projects post-contract.
• Coordinate colleagues, consultants, and contractors to keep projects on track.
• Manage budgets and track financial performance to ensure compliance.

Skills

Experience in housing or construction project delivery

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Confidence working with budgets and risk

IT literacy

Full UK driving licence

Ability to complete DBS and consumer checks

Education

GCSEs or A Levels

Relevant qualification desirable
