This role involves frequent travel and a mix of on-site and remote work to support clients effectively.

Qualifications

• Network Support Engineer – frontline troubleshooting and connectivity resolution.
• 3rd Line Network Engineer – advanced diagnostics for routing, switching, security.
• Field Network Engineer – on-site deployments, migrations, and cutovers.

Responsibilities

• Restore and secure client network environments following cybersecurity incidents.
• Design and implement resilient network architectures, including routing and VPN solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues across LAN, WAN, and wireless infrastructures.

Routing & Switching (VLANs, OSPF, BGP, QoS)

Firewalls & VPNs (policy design, IPsec / SSL VPN, HA)

Enterprise Platforms (Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Juniper)
