A charity focused on youth support is seeking a motivated Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Practitioner based at Inscape House School in Cheadle. Location: Inscape House School, Cheadle Contract: 12 Month Maternity Cover, Fixed Term Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 41 weeks per year Salary: Pro‑rated starting salary £26,520.62 (FTE £29,108, with bi‑annual increments)
We are looking for a committed and compassionate Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Practitioner to join our inclusive and multidisciplinary team at Inscape House School. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to school‑wide Positive Behaviour Support, create meaningful behaviour interventions, and empower young people with complex needs, autism, learning disabilities, and behaviours that may challenge.
