• Provide accurate translations of legal documents from Portuguese to English and vice versa.
• Document Review on eDiscovery platforms such as Relativity.
• Dealing with privileged documentation.
• QC checking, first and second level review.
• Communicate effectively with the team and clients in both Portuguese and English.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care.
• Assist with additional legal tasks as required by the team.

Profile

A successful Portuguese Document Review Lawyer should have:

• Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
• Admitted as a lawyer/solicitor.
• Must hold a valid practising certificate (either in the UK or another jurisdiction).
• Document Review experience in a similar firm.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing documents.
