The Pool Assistant supports the delivery of high-quality swimming lessons by working closely with the Level 2 Swimming Teacher. This role provides both in‑water assistance and poolside support to ensure lessons are safe, enjoyable, and aligned with the Swim England Learn to Swim Framework.

We are looking for a Pool Assistant to join us in transforming our business from 'good' to 'great'! This is a thrilling time for our company, and we need a key team member like you to help us achieve unprecedented success.
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, approachable, and passionate about helping others develop their confidence and ability in the water. You will enjoy working with children and adults, be a strong team player, and demonstrate a positive, can‑do attitude. The main focus of the role is to support swimming teachers in delivering safe, engaging, and effective swimming lessons, ensuring all participants feel supported, confident, and motivated while maintaining a high standard of safety and professionalism on poolside.
This role will be based at Waterlooville but will be expected to travel to other company sites as the need requires.

The successful candidate will be subject to an Enhanced DBS check.
