Podiatry Administrator

Cornwall Foundation Trust podiatry service is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join their administration team. The team supports the day to day running Monday - Friday of the countywide podiatry service mainly answering patient appointment queries either by telephone or email, registering referrals and ensuring comprehensive administration support is given to the clinicians when required. The administration team consists of 5 members plus the service's business support supervisor.

Main duties of the job
  • Initial administrative stage of patient triage assessment for all new podiatry patients
  • Working with other post holder's county wide to ensure that the "Hot Foot Line" (emergency telephone line and email account) is covered 9am to 5pm Mon-Fri, 52 weeks per year.
  • To provide full administrative support to various key functions within the podiatry service setting and/or clinical team.
