Overview

Drive change. Improve services. Make a real impact. We're looking for an experienced PMO Programme Manager to help deliver a diverse range of programmes and projects that support better health outcomes across CHCP.

Responsibilities
  • Lead projects from discovery through to delivery, ensuring clear plans, strong governance, and visible progress.
  • Work with the Senior Programme Manager to maintain a high‑quality programme management approach and keep activity on track.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across Finance, Business Intelligence, Communications & Marketing, IT and Contracting to coordinate activity and solve problems.
  • Support clinical and corporate teams through service change and ensure programmes are smoothly embedded into Business as Usual.
