Job Title: PMO Lead / Programme Manager
Location: Lewes (Hybrid - 10 days remote per month)
Contract Duration: 3 months (initially)
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage large-scale transformation programmes, including Oracle Fusion ERP implementations.
Establish and oversee end-to-end PMO functions, governance frameworks, and reporting structures.
Develop and maintain Integrated Programme Plans (IPP) with critical path and interdependency analysis.
Implement RAID management and early warning systems (2/4-week lookaheads).
Collaborate with senior stakeholders, delivery teams, and vendors to ensure programme alignment and progress.
Manage budgets (CapEx/OpEx), resource planning, and KPI reporting for executive leadership.
Ensure quality control, compliance, and delivery assurance throughout the programme lifecycle.
Utilise tools such as MS Project, Project Online, JIRA, Primavera P6, and Power BI.
Drive demand and capacity planning, onboarding, and organisational readiness initiatives.
Requirements
Prince2 Practitioner certification.
MBA qualification.
15+ years’ experience in public and private sector programme management.
