PMO Lead / Planner - Major Project

I am currently recruiting a PMO Lead / Project Planner for a large Captial Project within the pharmcetucial industry.

My client is building a new factory and need some assistance to aid the Project Management Team and co-ordination of various work streams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Run the change management process, raisin and issue change control forms, updating the log and controlling the document sign off.
  • Generating the weekly review meeting presentation packs and the fortnightly steering meeting packs, using input from other project team members.
  • Coordinate the action tracker, monitoring activity reporting status and chasing outstanding actions with owners.
  • Be responsible for project Risk log, providing reports, and coordination reviews.
  • Generate project reports.
  • Trade clash planning / maximizing productivity of work faces
  • Material Installation Forecasts vs actual
  • Evaluating access routes and site setup for maximum productivity
  • Permits referencing P6 activity IDs to back up standing time claims.
  • Crane days planned in advance to substantiate claims, avoid known bad weather periods, and ensure efficient use

The ideal candidate will be a degree-qualified Engineer with some experience gained within a Project Engineering capacity or in a construction environment.

This role would suit either a Senior / Lead Planner looking to enhance their career working for a flagship project with a bluechip organisation.
