Position Information

THIS POSITION IS FOR FALL 2025

Flexible, up to 15 hours per week; not to conflict with your class schedule. You will only work when students schedule appointments with you.

Completion of in-person or online orientation is REQUIRED. In-person new tutor training will be held the week before classes start in August. Tutors will earn a raise to $10.75 after completion of Level 1 training. Contact Robin Theobald ([e-mail]) with questions.

We are currently offering both in-person and online tutoring.

Tutor NKU students in course content and skills, for courses in which the tutor earned an "A" grade; maintain accurate records.

* 30 or more semester credit hours earned

* Enrollment in 6 or more semester credit hours during time of employment;
* Maintain GPA of 3.25 or higher
