A college in the UK is looking for an inspiring Plumbing Lecturer to join their professional TEC department. The role involves delivering teaching and assessing Level 1-2 Plumbing courses, acting as a personal tutor, and contributing to departmental activities for continuous improvement. Salary: £29,373 - £41,718 (subject to qualifications, skills, and experience)
Hours: Full Time (8:30 am - 5 pm)
We are currently seeking to appoint an inspirational and talented Plumbing Lecturer to join our friendly and professional TEC department. In this post you will be delivering teaching and assessing on our Level 1-2 Plumbing courses.
Working closely with the Programme Manager and the rest of the departmental team, you will have the chance to share your knowledge and skills with learners to help them achieve at the highest level as well as driving continuous improvement within the College. You will act as a personal tutor, promote attendance, participate in team meetings and contribute to the planning, development and review activities within your subject area.
It is also highly desirable that you hold the Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement and also desirable for you to also hold a Certificate/Award in Internal Quality Assurance (if old qualifications are held (e.g. A1 or V1) it is essential that you are willing to update to the new standards).
