Overview

Are you a skilled Plumbing and Heating Engineer looking to join a company that genuinely values its team, delivers top-quality work, and takes pride in customer care?

We're a well-established, family-run business with over 15 years of success, and we're looking for a new team member to help us continue delivering outstanding service in and around Milton Keynes. You'll join a close-knit group where teamwork matters, your voice is heard, and we work hard — but make time for the fun stuff too (think team karting, meals out, and regular social events).

Responsibilities
  • Diagnosing and repairing faults on boilers and heating systems
  • Carrying out boiler services and gas safety inspections
  • Undertaking reactive and remedial works after service visits
  • Using our job management system to streamline communication and customer updates
  • Working safely and respectfully in customers' homes, always protecting their property and wellbeing
Qualifications
  • Qualified in Plumbing and Gas
  • Experience with cookers, gas fires, and unvented cylinders (G3) is ideal — but we'll support training if needed
  • Bonus if you've worked in commercial environments or held team leadership roles
  • Someone who's passionate about high-quality workmanship and working to regulation standards
  • A customer-focused, friendly professional who takes pride in doing things right
  • A reliable team player with a full UK driving licence
What you\'ll get
