Job Title: Plumber

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and improvement of properties in the social housing sector to a high standard of quality.
• Carry out property maintenance in social housing, ensuring work is completed in compliance with Health & Safety and relevant regulations.
• Provide best-in-class customer service to residents and the homes in which you are working.

Qualifications/Experience

• Proven experience as a Plumber in social housing or similar environment. Knowledge of NHF Sors desirable.
• Relevant trade qualifications in plumbing or another related field, CSCS card and Asbestos Awareness cert.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance.
• Experience using a PDA, good IT skills with experience using job scheduling software.
• Willingness to undertake a DBS check - with no unspent criminal convictions.
• Full UK driving license.
• City and Guilds or NVQ Qualification in Plumbing.
