The Role

We’re recruiting experienced Plumbers for a major office-to-hotel conversion project in Central London. You’ll join the site M&E team responsible for delivering high-quality installation work across guest rooms, plant areas, risers, and back-of-house facilities.

Duties

• 1st & 2nd fix plumbing installations
• Pipework installation (copper, plastic, press-fit systems)
• Bathroom / shower room install works
• Hot & cold water services, soil & waste systems
• Assisting with testing / commissioning where required
• Working from drawings and coordinating with other trades

Requirements

• CSCS Card (Plumbing / Mechanical)
• NVQ Level 2 / 3 or equivalent in Plumbing / Mechanical Installation
• Strong commercial project experience (hotel, office, or residential)
• Ability to read drawings and work independently
• Right to work in the UK
